Kids in Africa think they have it rough with their constant war and their famine and their villages being pillaged and their malaria, and their AIDS, and WAAAAHHHH...well cry me a dysentary infected river. Why don't they trade shoes with me for a day...then they could walk a real mile in hell. The hell of arriving to Vienna only to find out that the god damn National Boys Choir thinks they can just take off performing for the summer. WELL WHAT THE HELL DO I DO IN VIENNA NOW BOYS??? What the hell do I do now? I didn't come all the way to Austria to drink quality beer and potentially bang German speaking women. NO! I came to hear the sweet melodic combination of the soft vocals of teenage boys in unison. I know you probably think I'm joking...but I'm actually a huge closet Boys Choir fan. And if you dont believe me check out my Bucket List that I've carried on me since I was a kid.

Hey Ross! Hope you're doing well over there in Europe - Todd sent me your blog and I have been reading since. Reading it, I've laughed a lot, but the "Guess who on first turn" was the best. I had to read it aloud a few times, but I am still laughing... And the Plitvice National Park makes me want to go to Croatia.
ReplyDeleteHave fun, keep posting !!
